Yoga/Chair Yoga

Yoga/Chair Yoga classes are held online via Zoom on Mondays.

Enjoy the benefits of Yoga or Chair Yoga, including improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, reduced stress and a general sense of well-being.

Chair Yoga modifies yoga poses so that they could be done while seated on the chair. These modifications make Yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from seated positions.
