Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. It is a low impact exercise that improves strength, flexibility and balance. Routines are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level.

The Tai Chi Program will help you:

The Tai Chi classes are led by accredited instructors and each session runs for approximately 45 minutes. They are designed to be relaxing and enjoyable and beneficial to people with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Tai Chi Classes are held throughout the year at the following location:

  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at our office in Bruce
  • Wednesdays at our office in Pearce
