The Arthritis Foundations Telephone Information Service operates between 9.30am and 3.30pm weekdays.
Calls are taken by trained volunteers, who are supported by staff from the Education Team. The majority of the volunteer Telephone Information Officers have a musculoskeletal condition themselves, which gives the service a unique, peer educative quality.
